The Power of IKEA
The story starts with a fourteen year old boy named James who was born and raised by IKEA. He grew up in the aisle and was raised by the very environment. He trains and sharpens his fighting skill as he grows up. Once he turned fourteen the messages god Hermes sent out told him shocking news.
Hermes told him that the great destroyer of the world Kronos was on his way to destroy the planet, this also meant the IKEA. So James knew what he had to do and prepared his defenses. Hermes says that despite the rules he will help him in his fight. But sense gods can’t directly interfere with human fights he can through a third party. Hermes touches the mop in the corner and it comes to life. The mop introduces himself as George and swears his allegiance to James and to IKEA.
All of a sudden the ground underneath them lifts off the earth and into space where they see two giant 50 feet tall titans ready to fight. The Titans start running full speed at the IKEA and James puts up his fist and charges towards the titans. James lands a beautiful haymaking right on the first titans jaw. But now suspended 50 feet in the air James can’t parry the attack of the second titan.
Then George jumps up and goes through one ear of the titan and out the other destroying the titans brain. Just then they get teleported back down inside the IKEA which is now completely covered in water and steadily rising. They see that the water is about to hit some open electrical wires and with less then a second to spare George mops up all the water with his god like powers and they manage to get out of the IKEA.
But upon stepping outside they see that the IKEA is all that’s left of earth the rest is a waste land. And over the horizon you could see the massive Kronos. James and George both charge Kronos but are quickly shut down and slapped back down to earth. They are both too weak and don’t stand a chance, unless. Just then the mop transformed himself into a set of armor and a sword.
After James put on said armor he had the power of a god he immediately dashed at Kronos with lighting speed and before Kronos could even react James lead landed a fatal blow. As he kills Kronos the world seems to get set back to exactly how it was before.
Only James was now only an eight year old boy who was playing with a mop in Walmart waiting for his mom to finish shopping. As he gets picked up by his mom and is in the car riding back home we wonder if it was all just his imagination.
Once home he lays down in his bed and questions if what he thought just happened was a reality. Just then there is a flash of light in his room and when he checks what happened he sees the set of armor and sword in his room.
Now he knows that he has to use this power to defend against the forces of evil.
By night James is just a regular fourteen year old boy, but by night.
He is a guardian.
The last line of defense.’
