~Quentin Napoli, Class of 2028

Hi my name is Quentin Thomas Napoli. Let me tell you how I got my name.

My parents chose my name, they both really liked it. My mom was inspired to name me after my grandfather’s godson, Quentin Hart. It’s complicated. My mom was also inspired by Teddy Roosevelt’s son, Quentin Roosevelt. She copied the spelling of Quentin Hart. Another cool fact about my name is that Mrs. Wei’s cousin Willam Weld, who was the governor of Massachusetts, named his son Quentin. The meaning of my name is the fifth, which I learned when I was in first grade. My name comes from Italy. Strangely enough, I learned in Spanish class because Italian is a lot like Spanish. My mom also considered Shepard. I’m not sure  if I would like my name being Shepard , Shepard but my dad didn’t like it. My middle name is Thomas which is named after my dad. My last name Napoli comes from Italy too. Some of my nicknames are Q man, Quinny, Qtono, and Tina. I don’t really have any stories about my name that I know of. I like my name because it fits me.
