It Being White Nitro.

It was “The Time,” the time to do it, the time to ski it. It being one of the hardest, sometimes considered the hardest. The only thing that separated me from doing it. Was the thing that kept me from doing most things. This same problem keeps most people back when they were young. It’s… wait for it… wait for it… it’s my… younger sister, Livia. We were getting ready and she slept in, of course. Hey, I’m (mostly) ok with that. I got to use my iPad. Once Liv woke up we got ready for breakfast. Livia from now was not as much of a pain as before so I was content with that.

Breakfast.

Here, here we are. I was eager for the rest of the day to come. At breakfast here at SugarLoaf on this beautifully sunny day there is an abundance of food in a buffet style including an insane amount of fruit. My sister was elated to find that for all she cared there was plenty of fruit to suit her. With the buffet having 3.63 lbs (1.64654 kilos) less fruit then before livia had happily walked into 45North. We ate a reasonable sized breakfast in about a 32min time period, so pretty impressive. So back in our hotel room we were almost ready to do it.

Up to it.

With our goal in our heads we set out to be the first on whiffle tree as fast as we could we tried and tried to be the first on whiffletree then skyline. Although not the first ones up we were still almost the first on Spillway X Cut. They were snowblowing… of course, and it was windy like really windy.

Time to do it.

As we made our way to White Nitro the tension was definitely building. Finally we were there. Now no turning back. “Hey dad can I drop in” “yes”. Here goes nothing. Down now no going back up, glimpsing at the tuna net I made my way down turn by turn on this awful golf bally surface.

So, so close just a few more turns. I had done it staring up at my sister. I saw her crying, at least I had done It. I had done it!
